Having received an honours degree in HRM at the Dublin NCI, Sinead Kelly-Herbert spent the early days of her career in the corporate world. But after a few years Sinead decided to chase her passion for Interior Design and completed her Diploma at the Dublin Institute of Design. Not content with that, Sinead travelled to London to complete a workshop with the world renowned designer Kelly Hoppen.
In 2004 Sinead established her ﬁrst design studio in Ireland. One of her early projects saw her appearing on the RTE TV Show “Showhouse”, which lead to continuous successful work for property developers and private clients alike.
In 2007, 2008 & 2009 Sinead was the guest interior designer at the Ideal Homes Showhouse, featuring a full house built on the exhibition site & showcased her talents and ﬂair for interiors to the many visitors.
Sinead’s writing talents and love of interior design saw her ﬁtting in a very successful stint of writing a weekly column in the Sunday Independent Property Supplement with over 50 published articles.
In 2009/2010 Sinead was also the Dulux Ireland colour consultant, appearing on TV regularly to promote colour and design.
In 2011, Sinead’s life & business relocated to north London and through hard work and a natural ﬂair for interior design, her studio is now ﬁrmly established in London and the Home Counties with an impressive portfolio of projects.
Sinead offers an approachable and completely personalised design service tailored to each property. Sinead’s design philosophy is to take all projects as unique entities. Rather than simply stamp the same style on all, Sinead creates environments relevant for that client and architectural style. Her projects range from ultra modern new build properties to grand Palladian country mansions and everything else in between.
